3. Lyophilization of poisons and preparation of dry poison
4. Performing control tests on poisons including: toxicity determination, protein determination, SDS-PAGE test and HPLC test
5. Stock antigen preparation
6. Preparation of injected antigen
7. Antigen injection to horses
8. Blood sampling
9. Conducting control tests on plasma, including: measuring protein, sterility, evaluating the neutralizing power of plasma.
Downstream Processes: At this stage, plasma purification will be completed and includes the following steps:
1. pH adjustment
2. Digestion
3. Sedimentation
